W.L. Black & Associates specializes in the disinfection of newly constructed or remodeled water treatment plants. Totally portable chlorination and dechlorination systems designed to meet the most challenging requirements. Mobile units for chemical metering, low / high pressure contact spraying and analysis allow complete access to all areas of water storage and distribution lines while exceeding AWWA requirements.

W. L Black and Associates will chemically disinfect the water treatment plant and the associated piping with regards to the production of drinking water. W. L. Black and Associates with then test for bacteria in the system to assure there are no micro-organisms in the system. Our purpose is to disinfect the plant to result in the absence of coliforms as confirmed by laboratory analysis.
